Cavan town wins World Responsible Tourism Award
Cavan Town wins joint gold in category “Best for people with disabilities” in the World Responsible Tourism Awards in London on 5th November.
Cavan town was the only Irish finalist on the list. Cavan town has jointly won Gold with Campo and Parque dos Sonhos from Brazil.
Winning this award is a recognition of the all the work undertaken in the last seven years in improving accessibility in Cavan town.
The World Responsible tourism awards were established to encourage destinations across the world to develop responsible tourism practices.
